Leopard is a tricky print to wear, but it is one of my favorites when done correctly. I’ve worn it time and time again on this blog, and the key is to pair it with neutrals, while avoiding anything too flashy. Leopard itself can certainly be a neutral, but a loud one, so it doesn’t need to be paired with other bold features.

Today, I am pairing leopard with cream for a transitional spring look. I am lightening the pattern by pulling out the cream pieces, giving it a softer feel, which is more appropriate for this season. I hope you like it… and please share how you style animal print.. I would love to hear!

I really like how you styled this! You kind of treated the leopard like a “pop” of color! Animal print can be tough, because too much of it can make it look like Jersey Shore. Good job!

Thank you Cara! I laughed about the Jersey Shore comment- you are so right! It’s a fine line ;)
