Happy Friday & long weekend! I’m sharing an awesome bag that Marshalls recently sent over for a fun project inspired by the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. I decided to shoot the gorgeous leather tote on the Charles River, on the foot-bridge heading into Harvard, since that is where I took it each day. I was able to fit my work documents, lunch, spare shoes, sunglasses, wallet, and even more into the bag without any issues. However, I didn’t feel that it was overpowering. It’s smaller than my standard work-tote actually, which was nice for my commute (I was no longer the girl whose bag is wider than the bus seat!).

I paired the bag with a standard work look. I wore a playful navy blue patterned skirt and denim coat, completed with booties (because it was a bit too chilly for sandals). My favorite part about the bag, besides the gorgeous nude leather, is the buckle detailing. It adds just the right amount of definition to the bag, without overpowering it. This bag transitions from a business conference to shopping to dinner (that’s exactly what I did with it haha!). I love it, and I especially love that it is under $50!

I hope you love the bag! Follow the hashtag #FabTravelingBag to see how all of us girls style it around the country.

¡Feliz viernes!
